Victorian Fob 12ct Rose Gold Filled Pocket Watch Chain 1890s Antique Intaglio Fob

Victorian Gentleman's 12ct rose gold filled (has a lovely warm pink hue, professionally tested and is known in the UK as rolled gold) extremely ornate and highly impressive pocket watch chain large Antique intaglio fob set with an attractive tigers eye stone. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 3.1cm height (including the top ring), 2.2 width, 8mm depth and weighs a respectable 5.7 grams. Wonderful and very intricate half moon shaped wire work mount which is holding securely within a wide engine turned 'drum' case a jet black, bevel edge, slightly concave glass plaque depicting a Roman or Greek warrior to centre. The opposite side carries a bevel edge natural tigers eye stone which has iridescent colours ranging from dark brown to golden blonde and reflects the light beautifully. Very fancy bail and robust top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with just a tiny (micro) bit of extremely light overall wear / patina / fine little 'flea nibbles' (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
