Victorian French Mantle Clock

Impressive onyx and gilt metal mounted clock in immaculate original condition (probably because it has been under a glass dome all its life) and in full working order, keeping good time. The French movement by Japy Freres striking on a bell is good and clean. The case has a decorative painted panel to match the dial. There is a giltwood velvet topped stand and also a key.
