This early Victorian silver and paste Memorial / photo pendant is truly a sight to behold. There is a portrait of a gentleman, an old photograph within a a heavy sterling silver setting, circular in shape and set with a halo of sparkling diamond paste, it has the original chunky silver bale and the reverse is engraved with William Newsom 1851. Unmarked, tests as sterling silver. Very well made, a beautiful antique pendant. English make, mid 19th century Condition: Good used condition overall, some age commensurate wear and signs of use, evidence of opening with a small opening at the back, some discolouration of the paste, surface wear, some debris under the glass.
