My wife and I have been in the Antiques trade for over 28 years initially in Scotland and for the past few years the Cotswolds. We began trading at fairs as far afield as Edingburgh, Swinderby, Kempton, Ardingly and Detling to name but a few.
For many years from its inception in 1998 until 2018 successfully trading at The Scottish Antique Centre Doune ,selling a broad range of stock with a particular passion for Arts and Crafts furniture and metalware.
Over the years whilst travelling hundreds of thousands of miles in the UK we have gained great experience and a thorough knowledge of the antiques trade.

Description
This Victorian needlework tapestry features a depiction of a man by a castle and is housed in a rosewood veneer frame. The piece dates to approximately 1860, placing it in the mid Victorian period of the 19th century. Presented in good antique condition and set inside its original rosewood veneer frame with a strip of missing veneer to the base but all solid.
