A very sweet novelty pepper formed as a miniature lighthouse shape sugar or spice caster. Ribbed decorative bands and stepped collet foot, the pull off cover with a pagoda shape knop. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, maker initials WMW, possibly Richard Hines trading as W H Weston. Matching partial marks to the cover.
