Victorian Pocket Watch Chain 1890s Antique 14ct Rolled Gold Albert With T Bar

Victorian Gentleman's large, heavy and highly impressive 14ct (professionally tested) rolled gold (known in the U.S.A as gold filled), traditional chunky curb link Antique (German) pocket watch chain / double Albert with original big stamped T bar and original stamped matching swivel dog clips. C~1890's. (Very rare now days to find one complete with all its original fittings). Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. Measures; 41cm / 16" total length and weighs a heavy 39.9 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional curb links (measure 6mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. Robust and well made original secure matching swivel dog clip to each end (both operate correctly) which are stamped (within a slightly recessed oblong shaped cartouches); S.P & S - Friedrich Speidel & Sons, Pforzheim, Germany, 1868 - 1937 and have a little Trade symbol (again within a recessed cartouche) which sadly I am unable to decipher. Original big T bar to centre (measures 3.8cm length) which is stamped to one side (again within a recessed oblong shaped cartouche); S.P & S. Also has a short length of curb link chain just below the T bar with original big round link to end - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with absolutely no damage and just a tiny bit of light overall wear/ patina and fine little surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
