Superb Victorian Gentleman's highly unusual bright silver nickel fancy 'horseshoe' link Antique very long Railway Guards pocket watch chain/Albert with swivel 'dumb bell' T bar and large swivel bolt ring.
C ~1890's.
Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'.
(Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures as was extremely difficult to photograph).
Measures; 52cm / 20 1/2" total length and weighs a heavy 36 grams.
Wonderful intertwined 'horseshoe' links (measure 7mm width) which have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them and reflect the light beautifully.
Unusual 'dumb bell' swivel T bar to one end (measures 3.5cm length) and big secure chunky swivel bolt ring to the other end (measures 2.5cm diameter and operates correctly) which is ideal for a Railroad or similar pocket watch which usually has a 'fat' bow.
Excellent clean and bright condition with no wear or damage and just a few tiny overall surface scratches / little bit of patina (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
Will arrive in a new presentation box as shown and be very securely and safely packed.
