Victorian Set of Eight Silver Salts - London 1872

Superb set of 8 salts with reposse decoration and gilded interiors, along with the matching silver salt spoons, again the bowls of these are gilded. All pristine, no holes or dings, little sign of every having been used. For scale the spoons are 2¾ inches (7cm) long. All very clearly hallmarked for London 1872, by Robert Harper. Complete with their original velvet and silk lined case. All my photos are taken using natural light only. Our ref 9519.
