This silver and glass glug-glug decanter was made in Sheffield in 1898. It is a half size decanter, measuring 8 inches high. The glass body with pinched and fluted central waist. The silver mounted neck fully hallmarked. Original hollow ribbed glass stopper. Star cut base. Hallmarks: JD over Wd for James Deakin & Sons Sheffield Assay Mark Lion Passant Date letter "f" for 1898
