Description
Victorian ebony hard wood and hallmarked silver walking stick or cane. The silver was assayed in Birmingham as shown in the pictures, date letter for 1887. Makers mark for Charles May & Sons. Repousse decoration to the silver pommel top above an ebony shaft. Strong shaft that will support a good weight. The ferrule is original and made of black buffalo horn. A good usable cane for everyday use. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
