Vintage 0.95ct Sapphire & 0.60ct Diamond, 18k Yellow Gold Double Halo Ring c.1940

A fine and impressive 0.95 carat sapphire, 0.60 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold and 18 karat white gold set double halo ring; part of our collection of sapphire engagement rings. This fine and impressive vintage sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with an 18k white gold setting. The pierced decorated setting is ornamented with a feature collet set 0.95ct emerald cut sapphire to the centre of the design. The feature gemstone is encompassed with a cut-cornered double halo frame ornamented with fifty pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The pierced decorated ring shoulders are each accented with three pavé set diamonds and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The outer surface of the vintage blue sapphire and diamond ring shank is hallmarked with the French 18k gold fineness mark (eagle's head) and has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold. This impressive sapphire and diamond ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
