Vintage 15.38ct High Zircon & 1.10ct Diamond 14k White Gold Earrings c.1940

A stunning, fine and impressive pair of vintage 15.38 carat high zircon and 1.10 carat diamond, 14 karat white gold earrings; part of our collection of gemstone earrings. These stunning, fine and impressive vintage earrings have been crafted in 14k white gold. Each earring setting is embellished with a feature round faceted cut high zircon, collet set to the centre of the design. The zircons are each encircled with a millegrain decorated halo, each ornamented with twenty-four pavé set eight cut diamonds, totalling 1.10ct. The stud earrings, for pierced ears, secure to the reverse with a threaded post and screw fit fastening. This pair of vintage blue zircon earrings with diamonds have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14 karat gold. These vintage earrings are supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card. Such original examples with large zircons are rare to the market. These vintage zircon earrings, accented with diamonds, offer a refined play of colour and light within an elegant period design.
