Superb quality Large and impressive Vintage 18ct Gold Sapphire and Diamond Engagement Ring 'Lady Diana' Style. Beautiful Ring of good quality, consisting of a large 8 x 6mm oval natural blue/green or dark teal coloured sapphire. The sapphire is surrounded by 10 sparkly quality brilliant cut diamond of 7 points each. Total diamond weight 0.70ct min. The face is beautifully designed with a halo of diamonds surrounding the sapphire in the famous style of Lady Diana's engagement ring. The total face of the ring is 13mm x 11mm. Well made quality ring in very good condition, with some minor wear to the facet edges of the sapphire. There are some natural angular striations to the sapphire when held to the light. Would make a wonderful classic engagement ring in the style of Lady Diana's ring. Sparkly timeless ring. Shank is fully hallmarked for 18ct gold but no date stamp.
