Vintage 1.93ct Sapphire & 0.63ct Diamond, 18ct Yellow Gold Dress Ring c.1940

This is an impressive vintage 1940s 1.93 carat sapphire and 0.63 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold trilogy ring; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections This stunning, fine and impressive vintage sapphire ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. The vintage ring is ornamented with an impressive feature claw set 1.93ct cabochon cut sapphire. The sapphire is flanked on either side by a collet set Old European cut diamond, totalling 0.63ct. The anterior surface of the ring continues via subtly tapering shoulders to form a plain solid ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 18ct gold fineness mark (18CT). This impressive Basaltic blue sapphire ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading report certificates for the feature diamonds, in addition to an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card. Note: * The Gemmological Certification Services (Gcs) lab has verbally accredited the sapphire originating in Basaltic deposit and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
