Vintage 1948 Multi Enamel Lucky Half Crown Pocket Watch Chain Large Coin Fob

Vintage Gentleman's original multi coloured enamel lucky half crown coin pocket watch chain fob set in a large and highly attractive scrolled chrome mount. C ~ Dated 1948. Measures; 5.2cm height (including the top ring), 3.4cm width and weighs a heavy 21 grams. Vibrant English coin fob which depicts in bright rose gold enamel King George V1 to the front set upon a Royal blue enamel background and the back carries the UK Coat of Arms to centre (with Royal Crowns to either side) which is decorated in Cardinal red, silver, Post Office red, yellow gold, turquoise and orange enamel and around this is clearly stamped in bright silver enamel script; Half Crown 1948. Both sides are safely encapsulated within a slightly domed celluloid lense. Large and secure silver chrome attractive engine turned wide heavily scrolled mount with robust big steel top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Superb clean, bright and crisp condition with no wear or damage and just a few tiny (micro) overall little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
