Vintage 2.18ct Sapphire & 0.39ct Diamond 18k White Gold Cluster Pendant c.1980

A fine and impressive vintage 2.18 carat blue sapphire and 0.39 carat diamond, 18 karat white gold cluster pendant; part of our diverse vintage sapphire jewellery collection. This fine and impressive vintage sapphire pendant has been crafted in 18k white gold. The pierced decorated design is ornamented with a feature claw set 2.18ct cushion cut blue sapphire. The sapphire is surmounted with five individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, in an arched formation. The pendant suspends from a contemporary 9k white gold 18' chain via an integrated bifurcating bale to the upper border of the cluster design, securing with a spring-loaded ring fastening. The reverse of the bale is hallmarked with the 18k gold mark (750) and the maker's mark (bird motif). This vintage sapphire pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
