This stunning, fine and impressive vintage cocktail ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an 18ct white gold setting. The convex rounded bombe* style setting is comprised of 18ct yellow gold rope twist strands, conjoined at the lower arched border. The substantial ring is ornamented with a feature 2.48ct cabochon cut hessonite garnet. The impressive garnet is encompassed with twelve white gold claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 1.02ct. The stranded setting blends seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the country mark (Italy) and the mark for 18ct gold (18K). This vintage garnet cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Note: * Bombé (English: bomb) denotes the rounded curved bomb-shaped of the design style.
