Fine and impressive vintage Art Nouveau style 3.05 carat opal and 14 carat yellow gold bar brooch; part of our diverse vintage opal brooches collection.
This fine and impressive vintage bar brooch has been crafted in 14ct yellow gold.
This Art Nouveau style brooch is ornamented with a linear formation of four impressive collet set opals, totalling 3.05cts.
The frame of the brooch is embellished with three dimensional simplified floral designs and scrolling decoration, all in the Art Nouveau manner.
This impressive vintage opal brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and sheath fastening.
The reverse of this opal brooch is hallmarked with the 14ct gold mark (585).
The brooch is supplied with an Idgl gemstone grading report card.

The brooch is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with a very clear hallmark to the reverse of the setting.
