The pierced decorated setting is ornamented with a stunning feature yellow gold four-claw set 3.26ct oval faceted Ceylon sapphire to the centre of the design. The sapphire is encircled with a ballerina-style curvilinear splay of twenty-eight individually claw set tapering baguette cut diamonds. The elevated, tapering ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The interior of the vintage sapphire and diamond ring shank is hallmarked with the 18k gold fineness mark (750); the ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold.
