Vintage Art Deco 5.16ct Diamond & Platinum Earrings c.1950

This is a stunning, fine and impressive pair of 5.16 carat diamond, platinum, and 18 carat white gold set earrings; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections. These stunning, fine and impressive vintage diamond earrings have been crafted in platinum with 18ct white gold fittings. Each earring is ornamented with eleven individually claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, with asymmetric spray designs expanding from either side. One side of the spray is ornamented with six baguette cut diamonds, each terminating with an individually set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond. The opposing side of each earring features seventeen baguette cut diamonds, accented with six further transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, completing the Art Deco design. These impressive vintage earrings for pierced ears secure to the reverse with a post and latch style fastening. The earrings have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum and 18 ct gold.
