Description
Purpose made 'Crazy' Metal Hatstand with adjustable arms for displaying Men's Trilby, Homburg and Bowler Hats.
The articulated arms can be swivelled to create manty different poses to display the hats.
From an Edwardian or 1920's Hat Shop . Measures 36 inches tall 21- 30 wide.. Billycock was an old nivkname for bowler hats.
