Vintage Scottish Celtic Malcolm Gray Small Silver Brooch

A small circular Scottish Celtic silver plaid brooch, suitable as a lapel brooch, decorated to the front with Celtic Knots, braiding and curved lines to follow the shape of the brooch. It is fully hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1988 and makers initials are M G in an oval cartouche, Malcom Gray of Ortak in Orkney. The brooch is 3 cm or an inch and a quarter, has a good solid pin and a safety "C" catch. It is a quite beautiful brooch it's plain simplicity catches your eye seems to draw your vision into it, it was very dirty when I got it and I've given it a light clean so you could see the decoration, I would not normally clean. All is good.
