Best at noon (NOT MIDNIGHT WHEN THE DAY/DATE IS CHANGING). Do NOT roll the crown fast. Always roll softly and slowly. To Set The Time: Pull the crown out 2 clicks and roll the crown slowly to the time desired, softly push the crown back in and it will run.
