Vintage Sterling Silver 1985 Pocket Watch Chain St Christopher Coin Case Fob

Vintage Gentleman's highly unusual Sterling silver (fully hallmarked) chunky coin case/St Christopher fob to attach to a pocket watch chain. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 3cm height (including the top ring), 2.5cm width, 1cm depth and weighs a very respectable 11.5 grams. Wonderful solid Sterling silver chunky 'drum case' fob which is beautifully adorned to the front with a highly detailed, slightly raised image of St Christopher. The back has a slightly raised 'horseshoe' shaped mount with the spring loaded push down coin case below (operates correctly) and is hallmarked to centre with the Lion Passant (Sterling silver). Clearly hallmarked to the top of the mount (within different shaped, recessed cartouches); anchor (Birmingham assay), Lion Passant and capital letter; L - dating it to 1985. Also clearly stamped with the makers initials (again within a fancy recessed cartouche); T&S. Original silver top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with just a few light overall surface scratches and a tiny (micro) bit of patina (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
