Rare to find coconut palm wood and hallmarked silver walking stick or cane with a beautiful tigers eye stone pommel top. This cane has everything going for it. The tigers eye pommel has really exaggerated colour and pattern, the blond colour through the rare to find coconut palm wood really sets off the colour. The silver was assayed in London as shown in the pictures, date letter for 1924 and makers mark for Benjamin Jacobs, stick maker of top quality based in London. The tigers eye sphere sits into a silver collar that is beautifully decorated. Distinct gold rings in the tigers eye that are better in natural light than they look in the pictures. Super strong and heavy shaft with it's original brass and steel ferrule. Absolutely stunning cane that is strong enough to support a good weight. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
It measures 87 cm 34 1/4 inches in length, the pommel is 4.5 cm 1 3/4 inches wide.
