Malacca, silver and tagua nut pommel walking stick or cane. The silver has tested as 925 but has no hallmark or makers mark. Because of the materials used possibly made overseas for the British market. Lovely tagua nut pommel grown on the elephant plant and native to South America. Being a natural grown nut you'll see nice grain pattern and good colour that varies around the sphere. Mounted on an malacca shaft which is a strong fibrous wood. The ferrule is original and made of brass. Our low price reflect the condition but it's still a super cane and perfect for use every day should you wish. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
It measures 89 cm 35 inches in length, the pommel is 4.8 cm 1 7/8 inches wide.
