Waltham Gold Filled Full Hunter Pocket Watch, 1919

The watch has a nice quality 15 jewel stem-winding movement, grade 620 , which is working nicely. The movement, with nicely patterned plates, has the serial number 22642108 which dates it back to 1919. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover. The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10ct gold filled and is the Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company. Dennisons made most of the cases for Waltham UK. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1910s watch. The inner dust cover has a 30 year friendship inscription. The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is a glass lens which is in nice condition with only minor marking from use. The signed dial is in nice condition. The watch has blued steel Breguet style hands. The watch comes in a new presentation box.
