The chest has 2 short over 3 long graduating drawers, made from mahogany, all slide freely, the locks are all in place no keys, the original heavy brass handles could have gilt gold on them, they have their original round nuts, under the top drawer is a pencil signature is this from the maker even possibly Waring or Gillow, that is something will never know, on the back of the chest is a brass name plaque, confirming the makers.
