Watch: Gents 1940s Invicta Wrist Watch

The watch has a signed Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. Although originally designed as a man's watch, it would suit a man with a slimmer wrist, or indeed a lady. The case is chrome plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. The lens is in lovely condition (a little white reflection showing in the photos). The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and red centre seconds hand. The infill has been removed from the hands at some point in the past. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch comes in a new presentation box.
