The watch has an English 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the later period winding crown and lugs. The case is a combination often seen in the later 1940s, a plated bezel (although now mostly brass, plated centre and stainless steel push on case back. The lens is in lovely condition. The signed dial is in its original finish which has aged nicely over the years, now having a handsome warm hue. Original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
