Watch: Gents 1950s Cyma Watersport Wrist Watch

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement, Cyma R459, which is working nicely. The movement is signed Tavannes, Switzerland… Cyma was one of the brand names used by the Tavannes Watch Company. The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated and it is in good condition. The screw-on case back is stainless steel and it is also signed Cyma Watersport. The lens is in lovely condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with original dauphine shaped hands, black centre seconds hand and outer minute markers. There is light marking to the dial if viewed very closely.
