Watch : Gents 1950s “Silver” Chronograph Wrist Watch

Gents 1950s “Silver” chronograph wrist watch by Antoremi. The watch has a 17-jewel Landeron 53 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 38mm diameter excluding the winding crown, buttons and lugs. The case is chromium plated and it is in good condition with just general light surface marks, nothing too serious at all. The lens is in good condition (some reflection in the photos). The dial is signed Silver, a brand name registered by Antoremi SARL of Milan, Italy, who registered the Silver name in 1951. The dial is in its original finish with original hands (the painted infill has been removed over the years, maybe because of radium content). Two subsidiary seconds dials, one for constant seconds and the other to record up to 30 minutes. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch comes in a new presentation box.
