Watch: Gents 1960s Solo Wrist Watch

The watch has a French 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated. The front is in good condition with just the odd small mark, nothing serious at all. There is wear and marking to the plate on the back of the watch. Stainless steel case back signed with the name Solo, a brand name registered by Solo SARL of Paris. The lens is in good condition (a little reflection showing in the photos). The signed dial is in its original finish, with a part textured design. The dial has darkened a little over the years but still very easy to read the time. A later leather strap has been fitted.
