The watch has a calibre 1012 automatic movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Omega logo on the disc and on the rotor, and it has the Omega serial number 37,748,681 which dates it back to 1973.
The watch measures 35.5mm wide excluding the signed Omega winding crown, and 36.5mm high excluding the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in beautiful condition with just some light marking to the back, nothing serious at all. The screw-on case back has the Omega logo to the outside, and the is also signed inside, together with the case reference 166.0191, 366.0835, 366.0855 which are all correct for the 1012 movement… in the 1970s when quartz watches were becoming more popular, Omega had to find ways of cutting costs to remain competitive, to this end they ordered case backs in bulk and these could be used on a variety of cases.
The watch has its original lens which has the tiny clear Omega logo to the centre, the lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display (quickset at first position).
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).

All of our watches are checked over before listing and are also checked for accuracy which is usually within around +/- two to three minutes over 24 hours (unless otherwise stated), which is considered respectable for a vintage watch.
