A Rare and wonderful example of a William Iv copper and brass samovar or tea urn dating back to c.1830.
The Tea Urn is of classical circular form with a domed lid and cast brass tap ,with a pair of ring handles to the sides supported by a figure of Atlas, raised on a square base with bun feet.
A Samovar is a metal container traditionally used to heat and boil water.
Superb quality and condition measuring 38 x 40 and stands 50cm high.
