Description
This is a wonderful 18th century oak coffer. The oak has a gorgeous warm age related patina throughout. The coffer has a three plank hinged lid, there is an area of staining to one side. the front has two inset panels, one has two cracks. The chest retains the original keys to the spring assisted lock that is in good working order. It supported on four feet to allow air to circulate beneath.
