OLD PINE 'HUNGARIAN' BENCH (stock 4172) Sustainable and quality furniture that will add style to your home! Huge! A gorgeous & genuine old pine Hungarian box bench, hand waxed... WOW!! Rarely do we ever get them this size! I think the last was about 6 years ago! Just over 2.5m in length and ideal for longer tables. Dating from the late Victorian/ early 20th century in period and Hungarian in origin. Sourced and very sympathetically restored by a contact of ours in Hungary. You really do not want to miss it! Plenty of rustic character - minor light marks and battle scars, some old cosmetic worm (long dead/ treated) etc etc. I have three of these in the house and they are just fantastic - loads of storage, very nice to sit on and great to look at....
