John Nesbitt (1831-1904) was an important 19th Century watercolour landscape and marine painter from Edinburgh. He exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1870 to 1885. Nesbitts paintings are exhibited in the Glasgow Museums and The Mercer Art Gallery, Harrogate.
