- I am very happy with this purchase. I have bought a total of 9 clocks from Adam and each one is nicer than the last ! He packs them very, very well as to safeguard them in transport. He is extremely helpful if any questions arise during the setup of all his clocks. All the clocks came in perfect condition and matched the description exactly ! - Lovely clock, exactly as described and photographed. Shipped all the way across the Atlantic, quickly, incredibly well wrapped and reasonable shipping rate. There was a problem with one of the ratchets such that the chime would not wind. Adam made me a video describing how to fix it myself and offered me a choice of doing that, using a local repair firm he knows or sending it back to him. Following the video I was able to fix the issue myself and now everything runs really well. Adam also answered every question I asked him patiently, no matter how basic they were.
