Description
Offered for sale is this nice 17th Century antique oak coffer of good colour in mint original condition. Having nicely carved rails and the unusual feature of a shaped frieze to the bottom. Inside the lid is remarkably clean, retaining the original ring hinges and candle box and most extraordinarily the original stay to keep the top in place when opened.
