Some splits to leather at outer front & rear hinges but boards are firmly attached, minor rubbing to cover edges, corners bumped, name & address to front endpaper, two pages with hand written reference notes, occasional minor marks, light foxing or crease to pages but overall the book is in very good acceptable condition.
