All Published by Asprey & Co, London Circa 1910.
Eight volumes bound for Asprey in uniform full leather bindings with elaborate gilt decoration to spines & all front & rear boards. gilt inner dentelles, page edges gilt.

Elder Books & Collectables has clarified that the 1910 Asprey Collection of Fine Leather Bindings X 8 Vols Pope Trollope Hawthorne (LA539437) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being c.1910
condition
Usual slight fading to spines from blue to a green tint with the ilaid having a slight green tint to leather boards, some very minor rubbing to covers, occasional minor scuff to boards with a few heavier scuffs to front board of the seven gables, minor browning to margins of endpapers.
Overall a lovely collection in very good plus condition with all boards well attached, clean internally & gilt decoration to all bindings bright.
