Hardback bound in the original decorated cloth binding, original illustrated endpapers by jessie king, half title present, complete copy with sixteen full page mounted colour plates.

condition
Slight fading to cloth spine with minor wear at top & bottom of spine, endpapers browned, small owners ink stamp to half title, small hole to front endpaper, the usual scattered foxing mostly to text pages, occasional page margin trimmed [see last image].
Overall a very good copy with hinges firm & no creases to the mounted illustrations.
