19th Century Enfield Musket 1st Essex Volunteers

Mid 19th Century Enfield 3 band percussion musket dated 1858, Ist Essex Volunteers. Barrel stamped with a broad arrow and various inspectors marks, hinged ladder rear sight, the lockplate stamped with a crown and vr and dated 1858, the walnut full stock with brass fore end tip, trigger guard and butt plate, the tang engraved 1st.ex.v3, with 3 steel barrel bands, single steel swivel, the right side of butt with broad arrow and sold out of service arrows. The ramrod is missing but can be replaced fairly easily.
