Description
A 19th century engraving from the Illustrated London News entitled "The Royal Thames Yacht Club Schooner match - rounding the Mouse lightship". Dated July 1863 in handwriting. The names of the 6 yachts featured are printed underneath. The Royal Thames Yacht Club still exists and claims to be the oldest continuously operating yacht club in the world.
