19th Century French Folk Art Mirror with Carved Frame

Rustic carved wooden framed mirror with date '1886'. Hand-carved with central flower motif, intricate vine with hanging bunches of grapes, songbird etc and initials EG and GG, this is a really beautiful one -off 'naïve' carving by an unknown 'whittler' in 19th century France. In good condition for its age, there are the visible vertical joins above the central display and beneath it to the right of the bird carving. The wood itself is almost an inch in thickness.
