19th Century Watercolour - Rugged Seas South Devon- c.1890s

A really nice, striking small watercolour depicting a rugged coastal scene with rough waves crashing on the South Devon coast, probably dating from c.1900, mounted, glazed and set in a gilt frame. In all a really atmospheric little watercolour!!! It measures 14" x 12 1/4" in the frame, visible image just over 7" x just over 5". There is no signature that I can see, a framers label to the rear (see photos). It is in good overall condition with no damage or restoration.
