This table stands on square tapered legs supporting the main section. The main section is one large block. This block is 3/4 inches thick and has remarkable character and markings that only years of use could demonstrate.

condition
This table is in good condition. It is totally original to Hungary. The top is a massive 9cm thick and very heavy. It is in beautiful condition even though there has been a splice to the one corner.
This table / bench would look well in an old or modern property particularly in a georgian / victorian property in a living room as a coffee table. This would look great with a large flat screen TV placed on top. This is very stylish and would look fantastic even in a reception of a hotel.
