ANTIQUE JEWELLERY, FURNITURE AND OBJECTS CURATED BY CONSERVATION AND GEMMOLOGY SPECIALISTS IN GUERNSEY AND LONDON
After years immersed in the dynamic world of London’s antique scene, we felt a call to return to Guernsey, to a quieter, more reflective place where we could cultivate our own vision. Our approach is founded on a deep respect for the history and craftsmanship of each item we encounter, but also an understanding that the antique world must evolve to remain relevant in today’s ever-changing landscape. We are committed to bringing both knowledge and passion to every interaction, ensuring that our clients are as informed as they are inspired by the pieces they acquire.
'Terrou' is the Guernésiais word for 'Always' - a word which resonated strongly with us. We believe antiques should be both appreciated for their heritage and embraced for their ability to contribute to the beauty and functionality of modern life. Our collection represents not only the history of fine jewellery and furniture but also a bridge between past and present. We work with clients to help them see that antiques are not merely relics of the past but treasures that can compliment and enhance the spaces and lives of today.
At the heart of our mission is the desire to make the antique world more accessible and approachable, while preserving the standards of knowledge, care, and expertise that have defined it for centuries.
We invite you to explore our collection, where tradition meets innovation, and where every piece tells a story.

Description
A captivating pair of early 20th-century diamond and platinum earrings, offering timeless elegance with a touch of history. Set with approximately 1.04 carats of a charming mix of old mine-cut, single-cut diamonds, and delicate diamond chips, the stones are nestled in platinum illusion settings and complemented by 18ct white gold posts and butterflies.
Each earring measures approximately 19mm in length, just shy of 2cm, making them a striking yet wearable presence on the ear - true statement pieces with a graceful silhouette. Their design suggests they were thoughtfully converted from an earlier piece of jewellery, adding to their unique character and charm.
The diamonds show inclusions under a 10x loupe, with a few visible to the naked eye, though this does little to diminish their enchanting sparkle or allure. These earrings are in wonderful condition for their age.
Perfect for lovers of early to mid-century design, these glittering companions are ideal for evening soirées or as a touch of old-world glamour in everyday life - a lucky pair of studs with stories to tell.
