Antique 18th century oak dining table with a set of six dining chairs, a very well made and fine quality dining suite combining earlier craftsmanship with later complementary seating. The table is a beautiful 18th century Georgian refectory style example, constructed from a striking three-plank top. It displays gorgeous oak grain and rich colour throughout, making it a rare and highly desirable find. Solid in construction and full of character, it offers both historical charm and practical everyday use. The six dining chairs date from the Edwardian period (early 20th century) and comprise four single chairs and two carvers. They are well made and of good quality, with solid frames and drop-in seats upholstered in a brown material, possibly leather, providing comfort and durability. Together, the set creates a wonderful blend of period character and functionality.
